Common

	CAMISOLE a loose bodice with thin shoulder straps instead of sleeves.
	PETTICOAT a skirt, esp an underskirt, or a garment of which it forms part.
	JOCKSTRAP a genital support worn esp by men participating in athletics.
	DRAWERS a close-fitting undergarment for the lower part of the body and the legs.
	BUSTIER a strapless long-line brassiere.
	CHEMISE a woman's shirt-like undergarment.
	KNICKERS women's or girls' underpants; a woman's undergarment covering (and sometimes gathered in at) the thigh.
	UNDIES underpants.
	LINGERIE underwear.
	SINGLET a man's jersey underwear.

Uncommon

	PANTALETS long frilled drawers.
	WYLIECOAT a flannel undervest or petticoat.
	UNDERDAKS (Aus. sl.) underpants.
	WASPIE a ladies' corset which is laced or fitted tightly over the waist.
	INEXPRESSIBLES (joc.) underwear.
	BROEKIES (Afrikaans) underpants.
	SMICKET a woman's under-garment; a smock.
	UNDERTHINGS underwear. No UNDERTHING*.
	GRUNDIES men's underpants. No GRUNDY*.
	SNUGGIES women's long underwear. N.B. no SNUGGY* or SNUGGIE*.
